It sounds like you must be doing a terrific job, not only in the academic department but in the sharing and caring field too :-) What a gorgeous little group you have!

Teacher Kirra:Maestra KirraTeacher Kirrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01803176069903600358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1702162997358851975.post-37713988543395750252012-10-13T11:02:24.184+11:002012-10-13T11:02:24.184+11:00Oh my goodness Tania! The breakthrough of your special needs student gave me tears....I can't even imagine how you must have felt :)Could you see a change in her little face? Did she look happy with her efforts and the great feedback from her fellow students? I love her pics and your blue hair. It sounds like you have a class of very positive and encouraging little people. That is just awesome stuff :)

Abs xAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07474189981484940606noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1702162997358851975.post-13405553105928692262012-10-13T10:32:11.190+11:002012-10-13T10:32:11.190+11:00It's these moments that makes teaching the bes...It's these moments that makes teaching the best profession! The emotional investment we have in our kids, particularly the ones with extra struggles who have to work so much harder, is unbelievable. I'm sure you made her day with how proud you and the Principal were of her.

Kylie
Down Under TeacherDown Under Teacherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06022421921244166640noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1702162997358851975.post-43054937142326650802012-10-10T21:05:08.040+11:002012-10-10T21:05:08.040+11:00Thank you lovely ladies for your lovely comments, ...Thank you lovely ladies for your lovely comments, I am still smiling about my day.Classroom Ponderingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10945057688474138280noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1702162997358851975.post-21780580276087618652012-10-10T20:43:49.980+11:002012-10-10T20:43:49.980+11:00Awww what a fabulous day! I had a child who was severely intellectually impaired and had ASD tendencies. That child made baby steps like your precious little one and I thought my heart was going to explode with pride! I can completely relate.

Congratulations on, obviously, being a FANTASTIC teacher :)

Shanyn
Coffee, Kids and Compulsive Lists
Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05213776524776601602noreply@blogger.com
